I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spotless and incredibly quiet, but they were a little small and navigating the two flights of stairs from the lift with my young family was a challenge. The service was a bit mechanical, but the staff were hospitable and extremely helpful when we missed our taxi. Upon arriving at the hotel with a reservation made 2 weeks prior, I found the rooms to be on the smaller side for the number of guests it had to accommodate.
